NON-RETAINER RATE: $110/hr
RETAINER RATE: $85/hr
STRATEGY - HR Manager
OPERATIONAL - HR Generalist
OPERATIONAL - HR Generalist
ALL OF OUR MANAGERS HAVE:
- At least 15+ years HR industry experience
- Been an HR Director/VP of HR or above
- Built HR functions from the ground up at least twice
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- Employment law
- Coaching & strategic HR guidance
- Disciplinary action
- Performance improvement plans and investigations
- Org and system design
- Policies and processes
- Reachable via phone, email and Slack
NON-RETAINER RATE: $185/hr
RETAINER RATES: 1-9 hours per month at $120/hr, 10+ hours per month at $110/hr
RECRUITMENT - Recruiter
OPERATIONAL - HR Generalist

- At least 10+ years experience as a recruiter
- Experience in technical recruiting (i.e. engineering, finance, sales, marketing, etc.)
- Focused on long-term placement

- Candidate sourcing
- Resume screening
- Candidate screening
- Interview coordination
- Offer negotiation
NON-RETAINER RATE: $150/hr
RETAINER RATE: $110/hr
